    Basically, most dent damage that hasn’t severely scratched or cracked the vehicle’s paintwork can be repaired using the Paintless Dent Removal process.

  • PDR may not be suitable where:

    • The paintwork is chipped, cracked or damaged

    • The metal has been overstretched

    • The panel is made from plastic

    Dents on panels with previous body repairs, Paint Protection Film (PPF) or vinyl wrap may still be repairable, depending on the damage and access behind the panel.

  • No. Once a dent has been properly repaired using PDR, it will not simply return. The metal is carefully reshaped back into position rather than the damage being covered or disguised.

    The repaired area can, of course, be dented again if it receives another impact.

  • Yes. Removing dents can improve your vehicle’s appearance and help maximise its resale or trade-in value.

    PDR is particularly useful before selling or trading in a vehicle because it improves its presentation while preserving the original factory paint finish.

  • We don’t recommend attempting to repair a dent yourself. Without the correct tools and techniques, you can make the damage worse or crack the paintwork, potentially making the dent unsuitable for PDR.

    It’s best to have the dent assessed before attempting any repairs.

  • We’ll assess the damage to determine whether PDR is a suitable repair option. In some cases, the full repairability of a dent may only become clear once the repair has commenced.

    If we’re unable to successfully repair the dent using PDR, you won’t be charged for the repair. If conventional body repair or repainting is required, you'll need to contact a panel shop.
